Start with what you carry
Width is the widest body point, height is the closed front height, and depth is the loaded side profile. The live 3D uses the original 34 cm XL as its master: L / M / S bodies scale uniformly by 26/34, 22/34, and 18/34. Webbing and zipper runs become shorter without changing width or gauge, while hardware and labels retain their original size. Final S and L production dimensions still require sample approval.

Changing size loads a component-aware 3D model. The XL master remains unchanged; the body scales to the target length; the shoulder webbing, both attachment ears, key-holder webbing, and front/rear zipper runs shorten without losing width. Buckles, sliders, pullers, all three cord tails, woven labels, the rear-pocket inside label, and the key hook retain their original dimensions and only move with the body. Final capacity and assembly clearances are approved on the pre-production sample.

02 Choose material and colour Set material, body, strap, zipper tape, and pull-tail colours across one stage. Zipper sliders and puller tabs always stay black.

When fabric changes, the original 300D rPET maps are removed before the selected reference texture, relief, and sheen are applied to the bag body. It is a comparison aid, not a substitute for swatches, weight, water-resistance, or abrasion testing.
02B Mix component colours Zipper tape and pull tails are independent; sliders and puller tabs never inherit these colours.
Use presets for speed, or open the full colour picker and enter a HEX or Pantone reference. Pantone is stored as a production reference and must be approved with a physical swatch on the chosen fabric.

The 3D view previews position, scale, and repeat direction. Print, woven-label, jacquard, and moulded pull-tail artwork still require production-ready files and sample approval for line weight, colour, margins, and legibility.
